18th July – Beavers 30 – 7 Pulse – West Park, Long Eaton

After being delayed twice due to bad weather the game was finally played on the 18th of July. 

A beautiful evening at West Park, the game started at 7pm due to a mutual understanding and the lighter nights. 

The Beavers shut the Pulse down in the fist three innings and then added on runs at a fast rate until the Pulse came back in the last inning played to push 7 runs over the plate, but unfortunately it was too late to get back into the game. 

The final score was 30 -7 to the Beeston Beavers.  The Pulse are a new team which are not experienced yet, but play with heart and should be challenging soon.
