AGM Date Announced: 26.02.17 – 9:30-12:30

Location:

Room B02, ESLC Building, University Park, NG7 2TQ (Same building as last year)

Attendance:

Every team (member) should send a representative to the AGM as we have some very important proposals to vote on.

AGM Pack:

The pack can be downloaded here for you to go through with your team and have your vote ready for the AGM.

The main proposal this year is to change the league structure. There are 2 proposals for a new structure shown in the pack. We will be voting on all of these options (including the existing structure) The vote will be slightly different to previous years and the explanation is contained in the pack.

If any captains have any questions about the new structure please feel free to send them through to the committee before the AGM and we will answer them for you.

Election of Officers:
Details are included in the pack, if you have any nominations before the AGM please send them to us. Remember people can come forward right up to the point final nominations are asked for.
